Summer NAMM’s mid-year gathering will return to Nashville from July 18–20, 2019 at the Music City Center.
More than 1,600 brands will be present, displaying their latest, innovative products. NAMM says attendees will discover a trending product and meet the people behind the brands in an environment that is conducive to relationship building. They can connect with the more than 14,000 registrants from 39 countries and regions, including 88 per cent of the world's Top 100 Dealers.
NAMM member favourite, the NAMM U Breakfast Sessions, will be returning with big ideas and big picture strategies, led by industry luminaries. On Friday, July 19, the NAMM U Breakfast Session will be presented by Shep Hyken, New York Times bestselling author and customer service expert, who will present a special session on the customer experience. Hyken will share six strategies for creating convenience in the buying journey, sourced from his new book, The Convenience Revolution. These actionable tools will help MI retailers walk away from Nashville with new ideas to revolutionize their retail offerings.
The Idea Center and TEC Tracks sessions will be in full swing on the show floor, offering easily-digestible industry tips, tricks, and how-to’s every half hour, led by esteemed industry peers.
The Advanced Audio Applications Exchange (A3E) will likewise return. A3E is the nexus point of innovation in music, technology, computer science and manufacturing. The pioneers of each field are available to meet show attendees as they come together to define the future of music technology with a special focus on software developers.
Popular events will be returning like the NAMM Opening Night Party coupled with the star-studded American Eagle Awards honoring music legends; the highly-anticipated Top 100 Dealer Awards honoring the industry’s retail stars; and the return of the Make Music Experience, on Saturday, July 20. This day will be open to industry professionals in the Nashville and surrounding areas, featuring access to the show floor, live entertainment, food, interactive experiences, exciting partner events and more.
